Brandy smash is a short cocktail that packs in big flavour. One of the oldest cocktails, this classic was created in the 1800s and rose to popularity during the American Civil War. An excellent alternative to drinking brandy neat, this timeless drink is incredibly easy to make and really great with the Mansion House French Brandy.

  • 30ml Club Soda
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Lemon slice
