35 ml Mansion House French Brandy
30 ml Chai-infused Sweet Vermouth
(mix of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger pieces, black tea and vermouth- boiled, cooled and stored in a bottle)
20 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Pomegranate Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
Dried Organic Rosebuds
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with large, cold ice cubes.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with three rosebuds.
