59 ml Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp peeled, chopped Ginger
70 ml Pear Juice
59 ml Mansion House French Brandy
1 Lemon Rind twist
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; cook until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat. Add ginger.
Cover and let it stand for fifteen minutes. Strain sugar mixture through a fine sieve. Discard solids.
Chill sugar mixture for thirty minutes.
Fill a martini glass half full with ice.
Add sugar mixture, juice, and brandy; shake until chilled.
Strain the mixture and garnish with a lemon twist.
