30 ml Mansion House French Brandy
120 ml hot Black Coffee
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Double Cream, lightly whipped
Coffee beans for garnish
Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
Add the sugar and the brandy.
Stir to dissolve.
Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon into the coffee.
Garnish with a coffee bean.
Deliciously decadent, this is a brandy-based version of Irish coffee!
