Ingredients
60 ml Mansion House French Brandy
60 ml Boiling Water
7.5 ml Sugarcane Syrup
Method
Pour the brandy in a warm brandy snifter and rest the bowl of the glass on an old-fashioned glass so that it lies on its sides and is supported by the rim.
Flame the brandy and move the glass to its normal position carefully.
Pour in hot water and sugarcane syrup.
Stir and garnish with lemon and orange zest twists.
